Mentoring:  This committee will help to connect new and seasoned youth ministers in a mentor/mentee role.  They will provide discussion questions and other materials to the mentor.  The duties include recruiting and equipping mentors as well as reaching out to new youth ministers and evaluating the program and checking in with mentors

Social Media:  These people will help to build and maintain our YMN website and facebook page, ensuring that it is always up to date and include our agendas and meeting notes.

Advocacy:  This group will meet with the Head of Networking to discuss the profession and direction of Youth Ministry.  They will look at past and current trends in youth ministry as well as concerns and issues that affect we who work in ministry.  They will work to help support the position of youth ministry and connect with the Archdiocesan offices.

Professional Development:  This committee will work with the Vice-Chair of Professional Development to provide engaging speakers and topics that help our membership in their ministry roles.

Hospitality:  These members will help to ensure that youth ministers outside of our membership are contacted and invited.  They will help to ensure that all visitors are made to feel welcome and engaged in our membership. ALL members of YMN should be a part of hospitality!

Coalition Representatives:  This is a three-year commitment for two members.  They will attend coalition meetings and provide updates to the membership as needed.
